3 Favorite Photos of 2011
This is one of my favorite photos of the year because it seems as if it came off of the set of a Hollywood movie, but it is an actual real life event. Passion captured in the mist of chaos.
This picture of the 2011 Royal Wedding is one of my favorite pictures of the year because it captures a happy moment in the history of our world. Many critics of the Royal Wedding criticize the worlds obssesion with an event that has no governmental or real precedence in our own countries, but I believe moments like this in history, moments when the world finds common intereset in events in which bring us together with joy, are moments that should be cherished and not criticized. Not to mention that Kate's dress is simply gorgeous.
This picture of President Obama, Biden, Clinton, and others watching updates of the successful mission against Osama bin Laden is one of my favorites of the year because it shows the President's as well as other influential governing figure's commitment and support of the capturing of Osama bin Laden, a world terrorist.
